Classic Deviled Eggs

Makes 1 Dozen

These party classics are simple, shareable, and delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • OPTIONAL:
  • Paprika
  • Chopped chives

Directions:

  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Using a small spoon, remove yolks and transfer to a medium bowl. Place egg white halves, cut-side up, on a plate.
  2. Mash yolks with a fork. Add mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and salt. Stir well to combine.
  3. Transfer mixture into a piping bag and pipe into reserved egg halves. Garnish with paprika and chives, if using.
