Five bowls of soup on a table

The moment I feel a crisp autumn breeze or spot the first falling leaves, I’m swapping out fresh summer salads for hearty stews and soups that warm me to the bone. While I love the meditative process of making a homecooked soup, I don’t always have the time to whip something up from scratch. That’s where our hot bar comes in. Here are nine delicious, ready-to-eat soups for a nourishing meal in a flash.

Bowls of chili, pumpkin bisque, and harvest butternut squash soup

Homestyle Beef & Pork Chili

This is comfort food at its peak! Our September soup of the month is a classic three-bean chili simmered in a spicy tomato base. Pile on sour cream and cheddar cheese for an even more flavorful bite.

Pumpkin Bisque

Our October soup of the month celebrates the ultimate star of the season: pumpkin. This autumn-orange bisque blends pumpkin with rich cream, onion, celery, brown sugar, and a hint of cayenne pepper for a pleasant kick.

Harvest Butternut Squash

Yes, it’s back! Our butternut squash soup is a seasonal favorite year after year, and it will be available in store throughout November and December. Butternut squash is simmered with apple purée in a vegetarian broth and finished with a touch of curry and fresh ginger for just the right amount of zing.

Bowls of chicken coconut curry, French mushroom bisque, and African peanut soup

Chicken Coconut Curry

Our aromatic coconut curry combines chicken, basmati rice, and a medley of fortifying vegetables. Infused with ginger, coconut milk, and Thai basil, it delivers bold, authentic flavor. Bulk up this soup with extra rice and chicken for a deeply satisfying dinner.

French Mushroom Bisque

This bisque is a mushroom lover’s dream! It’s delicious on its own, or use it as a base for beef stroganoff. Shiitake, dried oyster, and domestic mushrooms are sautéed, then added to a rich, creamy chicken stock with onion, roasted garlic, sweet cream, and a whisper of sherry. Bon appétit!

African Peanut Soup

A West African-inspired vegetarian soup that’s packed with flavor. Made with peanuts, curry, ginger, jalapeños, and an array of garden vegetables. Serve with a scoop of rice for a savory, filling meal.

Bowls of split pea, tomato basil, and farmer's market vegetable soup

Split Pea with Ham

Split peas take center stage in this deep green soup, and it’s a certified hit with our guests. Peas are simmered with ham, onions, celery, and carrots in a pure chicken broth, then finish with a touch of jalapeño and fresh herbs. You’ll definitely want to come back for seconds!

Vegetarian Tomato Basil

Beloved by our customers, this tomato basil soup is comfort in a bowl! It’s crafted with zippy tomatoes, carrots, onions, basil, and cream. Pair it with a melty grilled cheese for the ultimate comfort combo.

Vegan Farmer’s Market Vegetable

This wholesome vegetable medley is brimming with good-for-you ingredients, simmered in a tomato-laced vegetarian broth and seasoned with minced fennel, garlic, and extra-virgin olive oil to round out the flavors. Dunk in some crusty bread for a fresh, easy lunch.
