Our Butchers are Real Butchers
Other grocery stores may cut 25% or less of their meats in-house, but Metropolitan Market is different. We break down much larger cuts—called subprimals—then wrap and package most of our meat in-store. It’s a skill that requires a deep understanding of animal anatomy paired with remarkable precision and true craftmanship.
