Ingredients

  • 2 cups coarsely shredded or chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 5 ounces baby spinach

Directions

  1. Warm tikka masala sauce in large saucepan over medium heat. Add chicken and simmer 2 - 3 minutes, until hot.
  2. Stir in tomatoes and spinach. Cook just until spinach wilts, about 1 minute.
