- 2 cups coarsely shredded or chopped rotisserie chicken
- 1 medium tomato
- 5 ounces baby spinach
Directions
- Warm tikka masala sauce in large saucepan over medium heat. Add chicken and simmer 2 - 3 minutes, until hot.
- Stir in tomatoes and spinach. Cook just until spinach wilts, about 1 minute.
