Ingredients

  • 12 small oysters (freshly shucked*)
  • 6 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 3 limes)
  • 2 serrano peppers (thinly sliced)
  • Kosher salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 English cucumber (seeded and finely diced)
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced red onion

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine lime juice and 3 serrano slices. Add salt, to taste. Marinate 20 minutes at room temperature.
  2. Spoon mixture over oysters. Sprinkle with cucumber and red onion. Top each with additional serrano slice.
