Avocado Deviled Eggs

Serves 4
Speed prep this recipe by picking up prepared hard-boiled eggs and guacamole. Extra egg-guacamole filling is delicious on cucumber slices. Special diet friendly: Keto (3g net carbs), Whole30, Paleo

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs (hard-boiled)
  • 1/2 cup guacamole
  • Dash of cayenne pepper or tabasco
  • Kosher salt (to taste)
  • 2 slices bacon (cooked and cut into 8 pieces)

Directions

  1. Cut each egg in half, lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks to a bowl. Mash with a fork until smooth. Stir in guacamole. Add cayenne and salt, to taste.
  2. Place egg whites on serving plate. Fill with avocado mixture. Top each with a piece of bacon.
