Baked Brie with Nuts and Herbs

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces brie cheese (1 round)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios or pecans
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or thyme
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place cheese in small, oiled baking dish or on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, combine nuts, herbs, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, and salt. Spread over cheese.
  4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is warm and nuts are toasted.
