Baked Brie with Nuts and Herbs

Ingredients
- 8 ounces brie cheese (1 round)
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios or pecans
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or thyme
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place cheese in small, oiled baking dish or on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine nuts, herbs, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, and salt. Spread over cheese.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is warm and nuts are toasted.
