Prepare bacon and whipped cream. Slice strawberries. Refrigerate whipped cream and berries until ready to serve.
If using frozen waffles, heat according to package instructions.
If desired, partially dip some waffles in melted chocolate and top with additional chopped chocolate or sprinkles. Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second increments, stirring in between and being careful not to burn. Allow to dry on a rack over a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Assemble the board. Save bananas and slice just before serving.
