Ingredients
- 2 cups curly or lacinato kale leaves (torn into bite-size pieces)
- 3 ounces cooked chicken breast (thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds (toasted)
- 1/8 cup raspberries
- 1/8 cup blueberries
- 1/8 cup strawberries
- 5 slices English cucumber
- 1/4 red bell pepper (chopped)
Directions
- Start with kale as your base in a large, shallow bowl. Arrange other ingredients on top as you like. Drizzle with your dressing of choice.
