Lemon Tuxedo Cocktail

Ingredients
- Ice
- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 1/2 ounce fino sherry
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce simple syrup
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Lemon twist (for garnish)
- Thyme sprig (for garnish)
Directions
- In a mixing glass or shaker of ice, add gin, sherry, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters. Stir until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lemon twist and thyme sprig.
