Lemon Tuxedo Cocktail

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 1/2 ounce fino sherry
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Lemon twist (for garnish)
  • Thyme sprig (for garnish)

Directions

  1. In a mixing glass or shaker of ice, add gin, sherry, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters. Stir until well chilled.
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lemon twist and thyme sprig.
