Mama Lil's Baked Goat Cheese

Super simple and utterly delicious!
Ingredients
- 8 goat cheese (at room temperature)
- 8 cream cheese (at room temperature)
- Kosher salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- 1 Mama Lil's Sweet and Spicy Peppers in Brine (drained)
- 1 fig or apricot preserves
- Crostini, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette ((to serve))
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place goat cheese and cream cheese in a medium bowl. Mix until well blended. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
- Spread cheese mixture in an 8-inch baking pan or other small casserole dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine drained peppers with fruit preserves. Spread mixture over cheese.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes, until heated through.
- Serve warm with crostini, crackers, or slices of baguette.
