Mignonette Sauce for Oysters
MAKES ENOUGH FOR 12 OYSTERS
                    Ingredients
- 1/3 cup champagne vinegar or rice wine vinegar
 - 1 tablespoon finely diced shallot
 - 1/2 teaspoon whole black peppercorns (finely crushed)
 - Pinch of salt
 
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well to combine.
 - Serve spooned over freshly shucked oysters.
