
Mixed Fruit Popsicles

These spectacular summer treats are kaleidoscopes of color and flavor that are completely customizable. Adjust the sweetness to your preference by choosing a liquid with little to no added sugar.
Ingredients
- 2 cups bite-sized fruit (such as berries, kiwi, and mango)
- 2 cups clear liquid (such as coconut water, white grape juice, lemonade, or clear Italian soda)
Directions
- Divide fruit among popsicle molds, mixing colors and shapes. Ensure some pieces are flat against the sides for best appearance.
- Pour liquid into molds, leaving a little headspace as the popsicles will expand slightly when frozen.
- Insert sticks and freeze until firm.
