Mixed Fruit Popsicles

These spectacular summer treats are kaleidoscopes of color and flavor that are completely customizable. Adjust the sweetness to your preference by choosing a liquid with little to no added sugar. 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups bite-sized fruit (such as berries, kiwi, and mango)
  • 2 cups clear liquid (such as coconut water, white grape juice, lemonade, or clear Italian soda)

Directions

  1. Divide fruit among popsicle molds, mixing colors and shapes. Ensure some pieces are flat against the sides for best appearance. 
  2. Pour liquid into molds, leaving a little headspace as the popsicles will expand slightly when frozen.
  3. Insert sticks and freeze until firm.
