Peach Horchata Pudding Popsicles

Ingredients
- 2 cups rice pudding (store-bought)
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 peaches (pits removed, thinly sliced)
Directions
- Place rice pudding, half-and-half, honey, cinnamon, and salt in a blender. Puree until smooth.
- Place 2 to 3 slices of peaches into each popsicle mold.
- Fill molds with pudding mixture.
- Insert sticks and freeze until firm, about 6 to 8 hours.
