Strawberry Chia Pudding

Simple to assemble and no cooking required! This high protein, high fiber pudding only requires an overnight soak to thicken into pudding perfection. This lightly sweet treat will be your new breakfast favorite.
Ingredients
- 2 cups homemade cashew milk (or store-bought milk of your choice)
- 6 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- Pinch salt
Optional Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberry jam
- Coconut whipped topping
- Fresh strawberries
Directions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir well before serving. If you like, layer into small jars with strawberry jam, coconut whipped topping, and chopped strawberries.
