Classic Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
- 6 large hard-boiled eggs (peeled)
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Optional Ingredients
- Paprika
- Chopped chives
Directions
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Using a small spoon, remove yolks and transfer to a medium bowl. Place egg white halves, cut-side up, on a plate.
- Mash yolks with a fork. Add mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and salt. Stir well to combine.
- Transfer mixture into a piping bag and pipe into reserved egg halves. Garnish with paprika and chives, if using.
